Wanted to thank you again for such a brilliant night at our daughter's 25th birthday bash - Really struck lucky finding you online beforehand - Her friends weren't sure quite what to expect but they were buzzing afterwards - Special mention to Andy who explained everything with good humour and got everyone dancing - Should say too how great the music was, top class playing - I'd recommend the idea of a ceilidh to anyone and I couldn't recommend Kingsfolk anymore highly - nice people too

When Jessie and I sought a ceilidh band for our wedding, we were looking for precisely what you guys provided. People naturally and cheerfully fell into dancing and it all had a lovely cheerful quality. I particularly remember seeing my father beaming as he belted out Auld Lang Syne and the extraordinary joy of all the men rushing into the centre of the circle to shout exuberantly. Many thanks to you and all of Kingsfolk for doing such an excellent job and fitting right into the evening even as I remained unsure of what the tiings were going to be! Every time I came over to speak to you or any of the group you were all calm and friendly.

"We hired the London Ceilidh Band for our wedding at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond and we would have no hesitation recommending them for a future event. Simon was helpful and communicative in the run up to the event. The band played a great set, with brilliant musicians and clear instructions - successfully managing a lot of enthusiastic first time ceilidh dancers! So many of our guests commented on how much fun they had for the ceilidh. We had a wonderful time and want to say a huge thanks to the band."

This is just a short note to thank you and the Kingsfolk band for your fantastic playing at our Burns Supper on the 25th January at Minley Manor. Your two hour slot rounded off wht was a memorable and very successful function. Everyone has been very complimentary of the band the way in which the caller managed to get everyone involved.
